Here are a few things you should know about me…
I’m real and I don’t mean this in just a tactile sense. I mean I’m about to get real and honest with you about who we are and what we’re putting into our bodies. This goes beyond just the food we eat, but the mental food we feed ourselves and the community and relationships we surround ourselves with.
I am a licensed Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Holistic Nurse, Integrative Nutritional Health Coach and Entrepreneur. I wear many hats, all of which help me to see the bigger picture.
My first degree was in sustainable agriculture. This can attest to how much I love food, real food. My second degree was in medicine, more specifically nursing (ER to be exact). The combination of the two fueled my life’s philosophy inspired by Hippocrates famous quote,
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
