New to yoga? Been a while? Feeling a little rusty? Then this may be the perfect place for you to start.
Weather you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or looking for a safe place to start back up this is the place for you. Private classes provide safe and effective environments to fine-tune the body & learn specific modifications in a one-on-one setting.
You may choose to build a regular routine with hand-crafted classes catered to your unique needs on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. You may also come to ease your way into a studio setting. Whatever your needs may be, I will work with you drawing from my knowledge in both eastern and western medicine, yoga and meditation.
Classes may focus on specific areas such as mindfulness, stress reduction, rehab, strength training, flexibility and more. Plan to have our first session between 60-90 minutes allowing adequate time for consultation. If recovering from surgery or illness, please provide paperwork from your MD, NP or PT with specific instructions on any limitations you may have for practice.
